Thursday at the market will be strawberries, beets, kohlrabi, kale, Swiss chard, asparagus, meat, mushrooms, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuces, onions, and more of the “good for you greens”, as well as delicious breads and desserts! The Thursday market is next to the Armory on Morganton Road from 9-1 in Southern Pines. On Saturday at the market in downtown So. Pines at the park you will find PEACHES, the first of the season! At least during this pandemic we still have good food to choose from at the market. Always fresh and local and is grown by the vendors! Most of the foods are pre-packaged for you so that you can get in and out of the market quickly. (Our ppe’s are point, pay, and exit!) Customers have been great about social distancing and wearing masks. Thank you for considering others when following these guidelines for the safety of all!
