The last Thursday in March will be such a nice change from the past few weeks! Only three weeks before the other Moore County Farmers Market starts up in Downtown Southern Pines. April 17th is the kick-off date from 8-noon and Tim Wilson will be there for music. A slow return to normalcy is a welcome as we enter a more stable period for 2021. We will still encourage masks and social distancing even though many have been vaccinated. The health of our community is important to us! And healthy food choices are abundant at both markets! There are beef, fish, poultry, and ostrich meat choices, plenty of fresh vegetables, eggs, goat cheese products, local honey, fresh breads and desserts, and condiments such as pickles, jams, and jellies. At the market this Thursday will be young bedding plants for your garden (flowering and vegetable), coleus, herbs and hanging baskets. Join us from 9-1 next to the Armory in Southern Pines.
