Meet Scott from Spahrs Produce

The original Farmer's Market on Pennsylvania Avenue was torn down to build a new fire house. North Carolina Extension Agent Taylor Williams contacted my Dad to organize a new Moore County Farmer's Market. My Dad was Market Manager for 11 years. My Dad's health got bad so I started working the market for him. We grow pesticide free greenhouse tomatoes, lettuce, and field crops. We've attended this market for 20 years even through the winter.
