A warm-up is in sight for the Moore County Farmers Market Thursday next to the Armory in Southern Pines from 9-1. Fresh fish (wahoo, rockfish, monkfish, shrimp, scallops, and peeled and deveined shrimp), Angus grass-fed beef, pastured pork, eggs, goat cheese products, local honey, skin care products (soaps and body butter), breads and desserts, fresh produce, greenhouse tomatoes, kale, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and more are all available. The holiday dates have changed: Christmas date is WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23rd, and The New Year’s date is WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 30th. There will be NO MARKET on THURSDAYS  of those weeks.
